Eryn is Lorrin’s older sister. They both played travel softball growing up and Division III college softball at universities that happened to be in the same conference. They never played against each other though! Together, they enjoy going to baseball and hockey games in addition to traveling. They recently went to New York City on a vacation. They also both love watching our dogs play together. Fun fact: Eryn got to see a volcano 🌋 erupting in Hawaii while on her honeymoon.

Kurt isn’t just the best man, he’s also Kaleb's dad. He’s been a constant source of love, wisdom, and humor throughout his life, shaping the person Kaleb is today. His unwavering support and guidance have always been a strong foundation for Kaleb and there is nobody he would rather have standing with him at the altar.

Dana and Lorrin have known each other since they were babies, going through elementary, middle, and high school together. They played volleyball together for quite some time and were passionate One Direction fans. Both enjoy getting coffee together, playing Jackbox, and petting dogs. Fun fact: Dana's played the drums for 15 years and knows how to juggle.

Kaleb first met Ken when he and Dana started dating. They bonded over their love of Pokémon and being total nerds, and Kaleb always appreciates Ken's upbeat personality and sense of humor. Fun fact: Ken is allergic to dogs, but that doesn't stop him from giving them all the pets they deserve.

Lauren and Lorrin played softball together at college and are both Chicago sports fans, which led them to become great friends. They shared a few classes together despite being a year apart because they were both double majors in electrical and biomedical engineering. Fun fact: Lauren and Lorrin played against each other on their travel softball teams when they first met, and Lorrin hit Lauren with a pitch during her first at-bat.

Leida and Lorrin have known each other for many years now and went to the same high school together. They have become very close due to their common interests of escape rooms, crafty activities, and anime. Fun fact: Leida went to school for architecture and will most likely use what she learned to make costumes for anime conventions. She’s super excited to go to many more anime conventions with Lorrin and Kaleb!

Rachel and Lorrin met during their freshmen year in college, and they were roommates for two years and have been great friends since then. They met through mutual friends and, and they share a love for animals, anime, and board/card games. Fun fact: Rachel plays the cello and participates in a local community orchestra.

Kaleb and Lorrin adopted Diesel in 2022 from the Lincoln County Humane Society. He is around 3.5 years old. According to his Embark DNA test, he is a mix of five different hounds (Bluetick Coonhound, Black and Tan Coonhound, American Foxhound, Redbone Coonhound, and American Leopard Hound). Diesel loves going on super long walks and is a huge part of Kaleb and Lorrin's lives. Fun Fact: Diesel loves the sound of his own voice
